Your Mommy&#8217;s water broke at 1:06am waking her up. Daddy was woken up shortly after and they got ready to go to the hospital. The contractions were regular, but not painful as they drove to the hospital, one of the only ones on the road. When we arrived in triage, we were in bay 17 just like your brother, Oliver. Your Mommy was 4cm dilated and 80% effaced still, just like at her doctor&#8217;s appointment the day before. With the contractions not getting more intense, we moved up to the labor and delivery floor in room 304.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4269\" src=\"https:\/\/reedfamily.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/L1110295-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shortly after changing rooms, Mommy&#8217;s contractions became intense and came one right after the other. It was time for an epidural to help ease the pain and although it did not kick in right away, it began to make things more comfortable for Mommy. Your heartbeat began to slow during contractions, so Mommy received some medicine to slow things down. The dilation kept progressing and by 6am your Mommy was 9.5cm and 100% effaced.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4270\" src=\"https:\/\/reedfamily.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/L1110303-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4271\" src=\"https:\/\/reedfamily.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/L1110306-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At 7:16am on February 11, your Mommy started pushing and you came out fast! You were born at 7:27am weighing 8lbs 2.5oz and 19.5inches long. This delivery was completely different than your brother, Mommy was feeling good and was able to have some skin to skin time with you. You had your very first bath and we loved seeing how different and special you are.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4272\"
